In the Spring of 2016, the UN held its first International convening on Drug Policy in 18 years. The Open Society Foundation and Soze Productions hired Garver to take lead on envisioning, and creating a place where art, politics, and live performance could come together and bridge nations. The Museum of Drug Policy was a three day 14,000 square foot. pop-up in Midtown Manhattan that held an international conversation. The 4,317 attendees helped generate 158,455,292 social media shares.
