In the Spring of 2016, the UN held its first International convening on Drug Policy in 18 years.  

The Open Society Foundation and Soze Productions hired Garver to envision, create, and lead a place where art, politics, and live performance could come together and bridge nations.  

How Can Art Re-Frame our Complex Conversations?...Put people inside others perspectives. 

The Museum of Drug Policy was a three day 14,000 sq ft. pop-up in Midtown Manhattan that held an international conversation.  

4,317 attendees quickly expanded to 158,455,292 social media shares.
